Security.
How we protect the people and information that trust us, across every Rayden Group company.

Our standard
Our companies hold sensitive information: student records at SkuulLink, private conversations at WayForward, verified identities at AfroDuo, and client details at Mrz Stamens. Rayden Group sets one security standard for every company and checks that each one meets it.
Encryption
All traffic to our sites and apps is encrypted with HTTPS. Stored data sits with established cloud providers that encrypt it at rest.
Passwords and sign-in
- Passwords are stored only as salted, one-way hashes, never in plain text.
- Repeated wrong passwords lock an account for 15 minutes.
- Sign-ins expire, and an administrator can turn off access instantly.
- New team members must replace their temporary password on first sign-in.
Least access
People see only what their role needs. Team members see their own records. Admins see only the areas the owner turns on for them. ID documents, pay and letters are restricted to the owner unless access is granted.
Payments and identity
Card and Mobile Money payments are processed by trusted providers such as Stripe, PayPal and Paystack; we never store full card numbers. Identity checks on AfroDuo are handled by specialist verification providers.
Children's and family information
On SkuulLink, parents see only their own children, teachers see only their classes, and other parents' phone numbers are never shown. Schools own and control their data.
Our people
Every team member agrees to the Code of conduct, including confidentiality, and completes training before working with customers. Access ends when someone leaves.
Backups and reliability
Our hosting providers keep managed backups. We monitor our services and fix problems as quickly as we can.
If something goes wrong
If we learn of a security incident that affects your information, we will act quickly to contain it, tell affected people and authorities where the law requires, and explain what we are doing about it.
Report a security issue
If you believe you have found a security problem in any Rayden Group product, please tell us through the contact form (choose Other). Give us a fair chance to fix it before sharing it publicly. We thank everyone who reports issues responsibly.
