Rayden Group is building teams across Ghana and remotely around the world. These roles are open today with immediate start dates, starting as independent contractor agreements.
Open roles
Five open roles across business development, operations, customer support and marketing. Roles in Ghana are open in every region, including Greater Accra, Ashanti, Central and beyond. New team members start as independent contractors on a one-year agreement that can be renewed, with a path to part-time and full-time roles. You set your own hours, about four days a week, and are paid a monthly base fee. What counts is results. WayForward positions are closed at the moment.

- Visit private schools and families, demo SkuulLink and book free trials
- Sell Kente Scholars tutoring to the same schools and families
- Follow up until schools sign and pay, and log every visit and deal in the Rayden app
- Monthly base fee, transportation bonus and sign-on commission on every school that pays
- Sales or business development experience in Ghana
- Confident presenting to school owners and parents
- Fluent English; Twi, Ga, Fante or Ewe is a strong plus
- Own smartphone and able to travel locally

- Supervise the business development, onboarding and support team
- Review daily reports, attendance and deals in the Rayden app
- Manage school accounts, renewals and collections
- Report weekly on visits, trials, paying schools and money owed
- Experience leading a team and tracking numbers
- Knows how private schools and GNAPS work
- Firm but respectful with late payers

- Set up new schools on SkuulLink, on site
- Import student and parent lists from school records
- Train administrators and teachers until they are confident
- Help parents and families get started
- Comfortable with smartphones, spreadsheets and web apps

- Experience in a school office is a plus

- Answer schools, parents and families by phone, WhatsApp and email
- Solve login, alert and Mobile Money questions
- Log issues and follow up until they are closed
- Warm, calm and organized
- Good written English; a Ghanaian language is a plus

- Run social channels for Rayden Group and its companies
- Create short videos, graphics and posts every week
- Grow audiences in Ghana and the diaspora
