The standards every Rayden Group team member, contractor, admin, mentor and partner agrees to.

Why it matters
Schools, families, members and clients trust us with their children, their stories and their money. This code protects that trust. It applies to everyone who works with or for any Rayden Group company.
Honesty
- Record your time and results truthfully.
- Never promise a customer something we do not offer, or quote prices outside the official price list.
- Report mistakes quickly; honest mistakes are fixed, hidden ones are not forgiven.
Respect
Treat every person with respect regardless of nationality, ethnicity, tribe, religion, gender, age, disability or background. Harassment, threats, bullying and discrimination are not tolerated, in person or online.
Privacy and confidentiality
- Use customer and team information only for your work.
- Never share it outside the company or take copies or screenshots for personal use.
- Keep company prices, plans and documents confidential, during and after your time with us.
Safety of children
Anyone working with SkuulLink schools or tutoring families must behave professionally around students at all times, never contact a student privately, and report any concern about a child's safety to a Rayden Group admin immediately.
Mentoring and dating safety
WayForward mentors keep every session confidential and never use a member's trust for personal gain. Team members never use AfroDuo member information for anything outside their work.
Money and gifts
Do not accept cash, gifts or favors from schools, families, members, clients or partners in exchange for special treatment. Collect payments only through approved company channels, never into personal accounts.
Conflicts of interest
Tell an admin if a relationship, side business or other job could affect your work for Rayden Group.
Company property and brand
Protect company accounts, devices, files and brand. Never share your login. Speak publicly for Rayden Group or any of its companies only when approved.
Speaking up
If you see something that breaks this code, tell an admin or the owner. You will not be punished for raising a concern honestly.
Consequences
Breaking this code can lead to a warning, loss of access, or the end of your agreement with Rayden Group, depending on how serious it is. Serious breaches, such as dishonesty with money or putting a child at risk, can end an agreement immediately.
