KJ Mensah

Founder and CEO

KJ Mensah was born and raised in Ghana and has built his life and work across Ghana and North America. He founded Rayden Group to own and grow companies that connect people to what moves their lives forward: schools to parents, people to mentors, and Africans everywhere to each other, alongside Rayden Media and the beauty brand Mrz Stamens. He created SkuulLink after seeing how hard it is for private schools in Ghana to reach parents quickly, built AfroDuo to give Africans and the diaspora a serious, safe place to find love, and co-founded WayForward Mentoring to bring one-on-one guidance to people around the world. A relationship and life coach for men and couples, he is the author of Standards: A Field Guide to Knowing Your Worth and Married Still Messy, hosts the Grounded podcast, and is publishing his memoir, MENSA, in February 2027. He has mentored people who went on to become physicians and helped build an event business from the ground up. He leads Rayden Group with one standard for every company: simple products, real trust, and built to last.
